Generally the horizontal accuracy is 2.5m to 5 meters

Does this module support both GPS and GLONASS (or other satellite systems like Galileo, BeiDou)?

Yes, it supports dual systems, Youwei provide GPS, SBAS, QZSS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo for options, you can choose any two.

What is the update rate (refresh rate) of the GPS module?

It is an optional parameters, option range from 1Hz to 10Hz.

What is the time-to-first-fix (TTFF) under different conditions (cold/warm/hot start)?

Hot start: 1 second typical

Warm start: 28 seconds typical

Does this module have an internal antenna, or does it require an external one?

The GPS module is designed for use with passive and active antennas, internal antenna or external antenna. It is selectable as per order.
